Is fear is holding you back?

Fear of failure?
Fear of success?
Fear of judgment?

Don‘t let fear hold you down!

In business, we *must* make hard decisions in order to keep moving forward. No risk, no growth. No change, no growth.

All are successful entrepreneurs have this in common: they're willing to take (big) risks in order to get to the next big step.

So what does that mean for your brand and business?

It means, making hard decisions like being hyper focused on who you're trying to reach, (even when it feels like you won’t find enough clients), focusing your efforts on the services that you truly want to offer that'll make a profit and saying no to everything else (even if it feels like no one will pay), stop comparing yourself to what others are doing, focusing on what will work FOR YOU and for YOUR clients, and organizing your processes and systems.

It's a lot of work—I know, I also had to look deep down and really figure out what I truly wanted. But without this *inner* work, a logo or website are completely worthless.

I had this exact conversation with a friend recently. She was struggling to make big (and clearly necessary) changes even though what she wasn’t doing, wasn’t making her profitable or happy.

I realized that she was holding herself back and wasn’t willing to change her mindset based on fear.

Fear of doing the uncomfortable.
Fear of not finding enough clients.
Fear of not “fitting” into the expected market.
Fear of not being wanted or hired.

What I’ve learned:

Believe in it and be open to changing what’s not working, regardless of how scary it is to try something new or different from what others are doing.

Take your vision and go for it! After all, it’s yours and you can do with it WHATEVER you want!

What’s a big fear that tries to keep you down? Share with me and let’s ditch it together!
